  A place to sit back and relax whilst still feeling a part of the Berlin's hustle and bustle on the street. The 1920s interior makes you feel like you're at a classier version of home (my home at least), especially when the fire is roaring during winter and you can hang up your coat in the garderobe beside the door. I have had the breakfast buffet here on Sunday many times and it is always wonderful food although getting a coffee to go with it can be a bit slow.

  The Feuerbach restaurant in Steglitz is located off the beaten path and close to a huge shopping street in Berlin (Schlossstrasse). It is on the ground floor of an Art deco building and has a small dining room and quaint outdoor patio that is framed by a hedge.
  
  Besides its popularity as breakfast venue it is known for a Mediterranean and modern German fare with a weekly changing menu.
  The French breakfast is EUR 4.50, an average entrée around EUR 10-15.
  
  The café/restaurant can be recommended for breakfast before an excessive shopping spree, for lunch in between or to let the day fade out after your shopping spree.

  I like the lunchtime menu here which is good value. There is always something vegetarian & it tastes great. Smallish portions, which is a relief. In summer there's a very pleasant garden to the street.
